Warning about 'online practice tests' for the California Private Investigator license examination test!
We have received MORE complaints of victims paying for 'on-line practice tests' supposedly for the California Private Investigator license test that ultimately were of no help!
On the same day this week, two different persons contacted thePIgroup. They are from opposite ends of the state and they do not know each other.
But they have this rip-off in common: 1) they both paid about $100 to review some on-line multiple-choice questions said to help with the CA PI license test; 2) both soon later failed the actual PI license test; 3) both said that no more than 3 questions in this guy's 'on-line questions' were on their PI license test that they failed; 4) they both want a refund, and 5) they both next came to thePIgroup for REAL study material that covers all 5 different 150-question tests.
Both victims are extremely credible professionals.The contact information of these two rip-off victims is available if needed by BSIS or other victims.
There have been other complaints about this guy's 'online help'. It iss the same guy who WRONGLY has advised others that 'You only need to know about 150 questions to be able to pass all of the 5 different PI tests-- the other questions are very similar'.
